HEAT Meet Payments and Policy
Per policy, HEAT will be financially responsible for Coaches' travel when the following criteria has been met:
- Meet registration is turned in to the drop box at practice
- Registration is received by the deadline date
- Minimum number of swimmers is met
How to enter a meet:
- Download meet information document from the meet schedule
- Coach Robert has a sign- up sheet for upcoming meets at practice, indicate on the sign-up sheet which days, sessions you can attend.
- Parents may also email the Head Coach prior to the entry deadline to sign up for a meet.
- Meet entry fees will be charged to your account on the next months invoice.
